I'm not in Australia yet, but packing our lives into boxes is taking longer than we expected. Anyway back to the 'Agenda.

Before I leave the country I must visit Wilden Marsh and see what 'restoration' they have done there.

Please report on your findings... I am usually sceptical when Government agencies get involved in any sort of 'conservation' or 'restoration' as results can be rather mixed and driven by other agendas.

The Hoobrook as it runs through Borrington Park is bounded by acid wetland. Offmore Comberton Action Group are working with King Charles School Eco Group, the Community Housing Group, the landowner, and WFDC Rangers on a conservation project.
